Hi I’m Andrea
I help established solopreneurs get organized, focused, and out of overwhelm so their business can scale without burning them out.
For the past six years, I’ve worked as an Online Operations Manager and strategic partner supporting 6 and 7-figure founders. I specialize in turning mental chaos, too many ideas, and overloaded to-do lists into clear priorities, simple systems, and forward momentum.
Most of my clients are successful but stretched thin. Everything lives in their head, delegation feels impossible, and the business depends on them for everything.
Alongside my operations work, I am a certified yoga, breath, and meditation teacher, as well as a dharma and holistic health coach. I understand how stress and nervous system overload impact clarity and focus.
My approach blends nervous system grounding (The Woo) with practical backend structure (The Do) so you can think clearly, and build a business that supports more income with less effort.
