I spent years disconnected, letting fear guide my choices. I led a life dictaed by “shoulds” as opposed to the truth of my heart. A rock-bottom moment forced me to rebuild my life from the inside out. But then even after all the learning I found myself in a trap of building a business from fear, hustle and scarcity… and hit my second breaking point: burnout.
That’s when I learned my most important lesson: Fear is loud, but it doesn’t have to lead your life. Finally I learned to trust myself, belive in myself and love myself. When this happened my life opened up in ways I never imagined. Now, I help other women learn to do the same.
